Building trust between humans and dogs
This premier service gives us the opportunity to build a solid foundation of leadership that is easy for you to maintain once your dog comes home. During their stay, we focus on a consistent routine that creates trust, incorporates basic obedience, encourages better habits & leash skills, builds self-control & confidence, and allows their true personality to emerge. All without shock collars! It’s also fun and full of socialization opportunities!
To set you up for success, every camp includes a Private Training lesson at the end to transfer the training skills to you and your family so you can continue reinforcing everything your dog has learned, along with a written report card, and at least one Leash Manners group class. Standard and Premium camps include a custom training video of your dog for use as a reference.

Tiered programs by age and behavior
We offer puppy camp for dogs under 20 weeks. Ages 5 months and up have options for 2, 3, and 4-week camps for basic obedience, advanced training, or behavioral challenges.

Owner education and follow-up

2-week Puppy Camp
Starting off on the right paw
Perfect for:
- Dogs 10-20 weeks old only (must have received 2nd round of shots)
Training for your dog:
- Focus on a potty training routine, intro to leash walking, foundation on obedience, and socializing
- Secondary focus on nipping, appropriate play, proper use of the crate, and any specific behaviors identified by you

WHAT DO I NEED TO PACK FOR TRAINING CAMP?
Here’s a list of “must-haves” to send along with your dog:
- Current rabies tag or proof of rabies vaccination certificate
- Their collar w/ ID tags
- Bag of Dog Food
- Flea/Tick, Heartworm, or other meds to be administered along with instructions.
- Favorite toy or bone
- Crate (*ask your trainer if needed)
WHAT MAKES DTC USA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PROGRAMS?
Long Term Behavior Modification
DTC USA teaches real life, practical manners and establishes long-lasting habits. Most dogs can “sit” or “down” especially if you have a treat in your hand. It’s more useful to have them behave well in the house and in public places. Our training strengthens the relationship and communication between you and your dog for a lifetime of harmony.
